Wellness Partners Foundation in New South Wales seeks an Onsite Aged Care Pharmacist to support residents across Nowra, Berry, and Wollongong. This permanent role offers flexible full-time or part time arrangements to suit the right candidate.
You will provide immunisations, lead medication management rounds, and contribute to clinical governance while collaborating with a supportive team. Registration with AHPRA and credentialing are essential.
