Head Chef, Sous Chef and Chefs de Partie
Remuneration: $79,500 - $100,000 per annum
Pyrmont, NSW location
LuMi Dining is a two-hatted, waterfront restaurant offering dining that blends contemporary Italian cuisine with a Japanese twist.
We are currently looking to fill a number of Chef positions at various levels such as Head Chef, Sous Chef and Chef de Partie.
Chefs:
Work with Executive Chef and team in menu planning and recipe generation
Manage company standards of quality, service, presentation and cleanliness throughout the back of house (kitchen)
Share international cooking experiences, techniques and help train others
Prepare, season and portion food and menu items to specification
To be considered you will need a Diploma Hospitality qualification and/or at least 1- 3 years of employment experience.
Salary will be commensurate with experience and role, between $79,500 - $100,000 per annum. These are full time positions (38 hours per week) with immediate starts available.
