UPPERCUTS is seeking a talented Hairdresser to join our team in Katoomba NSW. This is a casual position that offers flexibility whilst allowing you to showcase your creativity and technical expertise in a dynamic salon environment. What you'll be doing
n
Delivering a quality hair cuts catering to Men, women, and children
n
Consulting with clients to understand their hair goals and recommending appropriate styles
n
Maintaining the highest standards of salon hygiene and sterilisation procedures
n
Providing professional advice on hair care, maintenance and product recommendations
n
Creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all clients
n
Keeping up to date with current trends and cutting techniques
n
Assisting with salon duties including cleaning, stock management and appointment scheduling as required
n
What we're looking for

A recognised hairdressing qualification
n
Strong technical skills in cutting, both men and women's styles
n
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
n
A qualified approach to hygiene and salon standards
n
The ability to work flexibly within a casual arrangement
n
A genuine passion for hair and beauty services
n
Experience working in a salon environment is preferred

Current knowledge of industry trends and best practices
