3+ years' experience in the optical industry
, with strong dispensing knowledge and technical expertise
Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching team members in a retail, healthcare, or optical environment
Exceptional patient care skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
Strong dispensing capabilities, with the ability to confidently recommend solutions tailored to individual patient needs
Proven organisational skills and the ability to balance operational priorities in a busy practice
A positive attitude and ability to lead through change, supporting continuous improvement and team engagement
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with both patients and colleagues
