Missions/Main Duties
The role
In this role, you will support the design and delivery of
major roads and highways projects
, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality transport infrastructure outcomes.
Coordinate civil design packages across major transport infrastructure projects
Develop, review and deliver technical design outputs for roads and highways works
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support integrated project delivery
Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders throughout design and delivery phases
Support project planning and help ensure designs meet relevant standards and project requirements
Take ownership of key design elements and contribute to broader project delivery outcomes
Profile/Skills
What We're Looking For
Approximately
8–10 years' experience
in civil engineering, with a strong focus on
transport infrastructure, roads and highways




Experience delivering work on
major infrastructure projects
, ideally within the
major D&C;
environment
Strong capability in
general civil design
, including
alignment design
and related road infrastructure elements such as
road furniture
Proficiency in
12d
and confidence producing or coordinating high-quality civil design outputs
Ability to work effectively within
multidisciplinary teams
, while liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
Experience in a
zone lead, coordination, or design leadership capacity
, or the ambition to grow into a
