Ritchies Supa IGA in Port Fairy, VIC is seeking a skilled Meat Manager to lead the Meat Department, drive daily operations, ensure product quality and deliver exceptional customer service.
Applicants should have butchery experience with bandsaw and mincer, be a strong team player and capable of weekend work, cost and rostering duties, and maintaining safety standards. You will coach recent team members and uphold Food Safety and merchandising standards.
