Minimum 7 Years of Experience in Salesforce LWC/Apex, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,

•Salesforce Technical Skills: Lightning experience, LWC (Lightning Web Component), Apex, Triggers, Visual Force, Lightning Aura components
n
•Robust experience in Salesforce configuration and customization
n
•Strong experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems
n
•Strong experience in Agile way of working
n
•DevOps practitioner with Bitbucket, Git and CI/CDexperience
n
•Good understanding and exposure to Salesforce DX
n
•Proven knowledge of business process and its KPIs, including best practices to support the relevant business processes
n
•Good Communication, analytical & problem solving skill
n
n
Desirable
n
.Should be familiar with COPADA.
n
. Strong debugging skills on LWC, APEX, Aura to support production incidents.
n
. Managing and delivering work using Agile methodology.

. Should attend all cadence ceremony and familiar with Weekly and ER release.

Responsibilities
n
n




•Configure and customize solutions using Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives and client requirements
n
•Ensuring Salesforce best practices are followed in configuring and customizing the application
n
•Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions.
n
•Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution's feasibility and functionality
n
•Develop, test, and document working custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
n
•Follow and understand Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions
n
•Communicate with project manager, scrum master, clients and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
n
•Interact directly with clients, managers and end users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications and interactions with internal Salesforce instances
