Key responsibilities

Lead and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences

Drive store performance through strong commercial decision-making and KPI focus
n
Coach, develop and motivate team members to achieve their potential

Create a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture
n
Manage daily store operations including rostering, stock management and compliance
n
Maximise sales opportunities through customer engagement and product knowledge
n
Maintain outstanding store presentation and visual merchandising standards
n
Partner with the wider business to support ongoing growth and improvement

About you
n
n
Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager, or Senior Retail Leader
n
Strong experience within fashion, outlet, lifestyle, premium retail or customer-focused environments
n
A successful track record of achieving sales targets, KPIs and commercial outcomes
n
The ability to lead, coach and develop a team to achieve exceptional results
n
Experience managing store operations including rostering, stock control and compliance
n
Strong commercial understanding with the ability to analyse performance and identify opportunities
n




Confidence leading a team in a high-volume retail setting
n
Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
n
A passion for customer experience, team culture and delivering results
n
A proactive and adaptable approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
n
