About the Role:
As a
Body Corporate Accountant
, you'll take ownership of the day‐to‐day financial operations for a portfolio of Body Corporate clients. From trust accounts and reconciliations through to reporting and budgets, you'll keep the numbers accurate, compliant and on track. You'll work closely with Body Corporate Managers, committees and external stakeholders, bringing a sharp eye for detail,



strong organisation and a proactive approach to a fast‐paced role.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare
financial statements, reports, budgets and levy schedules
Manage
trust accounts, bank reconciliations and financial records
Process
accounts payable and receivable
Assist with
month‐end and year‐end processes
Liaise with
Body Corporate Managers, committees and external stakeholders
Ensure
trust accounting and legislative requirements
are met
Manage a busy portfolio while keeping
accuracy and deadlines firmly in check
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for a
strata‐savvy, numbers‐focused
qualified with some Body Corporate accounting experience and an understanding of trust accounting and key financial processes. You'll be
organised, accurate and proactive
, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
StrataMax
experience is preferred, along with strong
Excel and Microsoft Office
skills.
