Lead the launch of BCF Rockhampton's brand-new Superstore and take the next step in your leadership career with one of Australia's most iconic outdoor retailers.
This is your chance to build, inspire and develop a team of 30+ passionate outdoor enthusiasts, while making your mark on an exciting new store from day one.
We're looking for an experienced people leader who can inspire and motivate a team, regardless of your industry background.
You'll lead from the front, setting the standard through your actions while confidently delegating and empowering team members to achieve their best.
Success in this role requires someone who can work autonomously, take ownership of outcomes, and support the development of others through ongoing coaching and feedback.
While outdoor and adventure product knowledge is an advantage, it's certainly not essential.

, you're the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive,



engaging atmosphere for your team.
To thrive here, you should ideally have:
Management experience.
A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.
A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team
Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.
Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
