WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Confident and capable in a
commercial kitchen environment
Experienced in
bulk cooking or high-volume food production
Comfortable working independently or as part of a larger kitchen team
Familiar with
HACCP, food safety and hygiene standards
Experienced in FIFO?

TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU'LL NEED:
Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
National Police Check within the last 6 months [or willing to obtain]
Food Safety Certificate
Full Australian working rights
Coal Board Medical within the last 2 years
S11 Certificate
4x4 Certificate (desirable)
Candidate MUST be based in BNE to be considered.
