Little Peoples Early Learning are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Casual Early Childhood Educator to join our Bourkelands and Wagga Teams.

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for
n
n
Supporting learning, development, safety and wellbeing of children at all times. You will contribute to a positive and child - safe environment where the safety and paramountcy of every child remains our highest priority.
n
Developing, implementing, and assessing high-quality educational programs for children in alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework.
n
Observing and evaluating each child's development and adjusting educational programs to meet their needs.
n
Building strong partnership with families to share insights and gain an understanding of each child's unique background.
n
Maintaining accurate documentation and records in line with regulatory standards.
n
Participating in ongoing professional development and team meetings.
n




Promoting an inclusive environment that supports children with diverse needs.
n
Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards and compliance across all Quality Areas.

You will need:
n
n
A current NSW Working with Children Check
n
A completed ACECQA recognised Early Childhood Education Degree (Certificate III or Diploma level or equivalent)
n
Completed Child Protection Training as well as demonstrated understanding of current child safe practices
n
Current First Aid and CPR certificates along with current separate approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management certificates
n
Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law *****) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations *****)
n
Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Frameworks (EYLF)
n
Certificate III or Diploma Trained Educator
n
