Pool Handover & Installation Technician

Narellan Pools Illawarra is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team. This is a fantastic prospect for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of creating amazing outdoor spaces for our clients.

As a Pool Handover & Installation Technician, you will play a key role in Setting up filtration equipment and educating customers on the operation and maintenance of their new swimming pool, while also assisting with pool installations, plumbing, and construction-related activities throughout the Illawarra, Sydney, and Shoalhaven.
n
We provide full on-site training for the right candidate.

About the Role
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Conducting pool handovers and educating clients on pool care, cleaning, and equipment operation.
n
Completing warranty service visits.
n
Assisting with pool installations and construction activities.
n
Plumbing and commissioning pool filtration and equipment systems.
n
Cleaning and preparing pools during construction and handover stages.
n
Performing a variety of manual labour tasks as required.
n




Delivering exceptional customer service and representing the Narellan Pools brand professionally.
n

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
A current driver's licence.
n
Construction Industry White Card.
n
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
Flexibility with working hours when required.
n
Physical fitness and willingness to undertake manual labour.
n
n
Advantageous but Not Essential
n
n
Experience in pool maintenance or pool cleaning.
n
Basic plumbing knowledge.
n
Construction or landscaping experience.
n
Customer service experience.
n
n
