We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic
SalesConsultant
to join our growing Atherton team.
No automotivesalesexperience? No problem.
We're looking for someone with the right attitude, strong people skills and a genuine willingness to learn. With comprehensive training and support from an experienced team, you'll develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in automotivesales.
About the role
You'll help customers find the right vehicle while learning the completesalesprocess - from the initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming and assisting customers in the dealership
Understanding customers' needs and recommending suitable vehicles
Presenting vehicles and arranging test drives
Responding to phone and online enquiries
Following up with customers and building lasting relationships
Assisting with trade-ins and vehicle appraisals
Working closely with the wider dealership team




Delivering a professional and memorable customer experience
About you
We're looking for someone who is:

Well presented, organised and reliable
Willing to take initiative and contribute to the team
Driven to achieve goals and deliver results
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or another people-focused environment would be a great foundation, but it is not essential. Your attitude, work ethic and potential matter most.
