We are JH Group Cleaning, a growing commercial cleaning business in Sydney. Founded by an ex-military professional, we specialise in high-standard commercial window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, and solar panel maintenance across sites ranging from car dealerships to prestige venues.

About the Role

We're after someone who wants to learn the trade properly and, over time, run their own vehicle and patch with real autonomy. You'll start hands-on alongside the owner, get trained up on the tools and the standards, and be trusted to solve problems in office once you've proven you can. We run a straightforward, "show you once, then back yourself" style of operating, if that sounds like your kind of workplace, you'll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities
n
Exterior and interior commercial window cleaning.
n
Pressure washing, soft washing, and house washing.
n
Occasional gutter cleaning and solar panel maintenance.
n
Daily vehicle prep, equipment care,



and maintaining safety protocols on site.
n
Looking after equipment and representing the business well with clients
n
About You
n
Prior experience in commercial window cleaning, pressure washing, or building maintenance
n
White Card
n
Working at Heights certification
n
Working with Children Check (WWCC)
n
Current Manual Driver's Licence
n
Strong physical fitness and comfort working at heights and with ladders
n
High integrity, proactive problem-solving, and a reliable work ethic
n
EWP / High-Risk Work Licence (Boom lift >11m) - preferred
n
LR (Light Rigid) Licence – preferred
n
