Job Description
Technology Program Coordinator
n
n
12 months initial max term engagement; with possible extension
n
Adelaide Based Position with Hybrid working arrangement
n
n
Support the delivery of major technology programs as a Technology Program Coordinator. Coordinate project activities, reporting, governance, RAID registers, procurement, vendor onboarding, resource planning and stakeholder engagement. Ideal for an experienced coordinator with a strong background supporting IT/technology project delivery.

Responsibilities
n
n
Coordinating all aspects of the projects
n
Produce program reports for senior stakeholders
n
Managing logistical requirements for all workshops and activities for projects
n
Providing administrative support to Technology Program/Project Managers including minute taking, and managing calendar/s
n
Collaborating effectively within the team to glean insights for reporting purposes.
n
Supporting maintenance of compliance with project methodologies and governance
n
Managing Procurement activities according to the procurement processes
n
Coordinate vendor onboarding processes
n
Providing excellent administrative support and customer service
n
Coordinating project meetings and maintaining documentation
n
Fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders
n
Contributing to providing support for continuous improvement of project delivery
n
Ability to / Willingness to learn how to manage Sprints using Azure DevOps
n
Oversee the maintenance and quality assurance of project RAID registers, ensuring risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies are accurately tracked and reported
n
Manage the development, maintenance and distribution of onboarding and learning materials to support effective integration of project resources into the program
n
Coordinate onboarding activities for recent team members and vendors, ensuring compliance with program processes and standards
n
Assist the Technology Program/Project Managers with resource capacity planning, tracking resource allocations, forecast demand, and supporting the identification of resource constraints across the program.

Qualifications
n
n
Industry experience in administrative support in an IT Projects Delivery domain
n
Proven experience in working with senior stakeholders or similar including procurement activities
n
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, verbal and written
n
Proven ability to work with a wide range of people across IT disciplines.
n
An understanding of project management methodologies, tools and governance
n
Able to work onsite 3+ days/week
