About the Opportunity:

We are looking for the industry's best Assistant Bar Manager to join our opening team to deliver a best-in-class experience for both our guests and crew.



You will ensure a high standard of service and bar operations.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
n
n
Demonstrated experience as an Assistant Bar Manager in a premium venue
n
Strong knowledge in cocktails, beer and spirits
n
Experience with ordering and stocktake
n
Exceptional service skills and guest focused
n
Adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods
n
Proven ability in building effective relationships
n
Organisational and time management skills
n
Exceptional communication and presentation
n
Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
n
Must possess a valid RSA certificate
n
