CHU, Australia's leading strata underwriting agency, is seeking a seasoned Claims Manager to lead national major loss operations and elevate service delivery. You will drive KPIs, manage dispersed teams, and shape strategic initiatives within a progressive, hybrid-working workplace.

You will work closely with the Head of Claims and other business units to optimise processes, negotiate complex claims and ensure exceptional customer experience. ANZIIF Cert IV is preferred but not essential.
