Quarrymans Hotel in Pyrmont, part of Laundy Hotel Group, is looking for an experienced 2IC / Assistant Venue Manager to lead daily operations and enhance guest experiences.
Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will manage rosters, recruit and train staff, and oversee functions, bar service, and venue maintenance, while upholding brand standards and an inclusive team culture. This hands-on role requires solid leadership, RSA/RCG/ARCG qualifications, and flexibility for evening shifts.
