Job Description
Hearing Australia is seeking a casual Client Service Specialist to support clients and manage front-desk activities across multiple locations in Victoria. You will greet visitors, handle inquiries, bookings and claims while assisting clinicians as needed.

Role includes small repairs, data entry and monthly reporting, with a focus on compassionate, client-centered service for diverse communities. Training is provided and onboarding requirements are supported.
