About the Role
As a Premium Guest Host, you will be the face of our premium gaming experience, providing personalised service and cultivating strong relationships with our valued guests.
This role goes beyond traditional customer service.
You'll become a trusted point of contact, anticipating guest needs, delivering exceptional experiences and ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of Bankstown Sports.
This is a casual position offering a rotating roster across days, evenings, weekends and public holidays, with the opportunity to work hours equivalent to part time or full-time employment based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional and personalised service to premium gaming guests
Build genuine relationships and create memorable guest experiences
Serve food and beverages to guests within premium gaming areas
Assist with gaming machine payouts, refills and minor machine faults
Promote Club benefits, services, promotions and events
Respond to guest enquiries and resolve concerns professionally and discreetly
Support responsible conduct of gaming practices and compliance requirements
Maintain RSA,



RCG and operational standards at all times
Collaborate closely with Gaming, Hospitality and Premium Services teams to deliver seamless guest experiences
About You
You are a polished hospitality professional who thrives on building relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Naturally engaging and professional, you take pride in creating personalised experiences and making guests feel genuinely valued.
To be successful, you will have:
Experience in hospitality, gaming, customer service or a premium service environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A confident, professional and approachable manner
A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
High personal presentation and grooming standards
Current RSA and RCG Competency Cards
Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
