Chef / Cook, Full Time Positions Available

The Comiskey Group requires chefs and cooks for the Samford Hotel.
n
This position requires the flexibility to work throughout all sections of the kitchen operation.
n
This position has prospects for career development and the opportunity to learn and grow within a large team of experienced chefs and throughout the Comiskey Groups businesses.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
To prepare, cook and present food for the highest standard possible- Supervising and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation workers.
n
Inspecting supplies, equipment's and work areas for cleanliness and functionality.
n
Ordering and maintain inventory of food and supplies.
n




Communicate with management regarding issues relating to preparation and service in the restaurant
n
Follows directives and be responsible and accountable for food service.
n
Ensuring food preparation and quality is of the highest standard possible
n
n
Applicant must have at least 1-Year of relevant employment experience
n
Applicant will ideally hold relevant vocational or tertiary qualifications'
n
