THE ROLE:
Flex Fitness Club Gawler is looking for a driven, outgoing and goal orientated Club Manager with great sales skills, and an ability to provide fantastic customer service and experience to members.
As Club Manager, you will be responsible for day to day operations, and the gyms overall performance and sales. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a fun, non-intimidating atmosphere which is why a passion for fitness and helping people is essential.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the club.
Drive membership sales and achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
Drive and manage the club's social media pages.
Manage club administration and general office tasks.
Meet and greet prospective and existing members.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience.




Maintain a welcoming, vibrant and positive club culture.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and equipment.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Outgoing, confident and naturally great with people.
Excellent oral and written communication.
Naturally great with people.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Able to work autonomously and take initiative.
Positive natural sales skills
Computer literate and confident with social media.
Skilled, punctual and well presented.
Passionate about health and fitness.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
First Aid Certificate
Certificate IV in Fitness
Management Experience
