Administration Supervisor – Pathway to Practice Manager

OCD Clinic Brisbane | Carina, Brisbane | 4–5 days per week | Immediate start

This is a long-term opportunity for someone with psychology practice experience who is ready to step into leadership and, over time, progress into a Practice Manager role.
n
You'll receive on-site training and mentoring from our part-time Operations Manager and work closely with our Director and Principal Psychologist. From the outset, you'll form an important part of the clinic's leadership team.

The role
n
n
Oversee the day-to-day running of the clinic
n
Lead and support the administration team
n
Manage workflows, clinician diaries, cancellations and waitlists
n
Oversee referrals, intake and new client enquiries
n
Manage billing, Medicare processes and accounts
n
Troubleshoot day-to‐day issues and ensure things are followed through
n
Maintain and improve clinic systems and procedures
n
Support recruitment, onboarding and staff training
n
Work closely with clinicians and the leadership team
n

About you
n
You may currently be a Senior Administrator,



Team Leader or Administration Supervisor within a psychology practice and be ready for your next step.
n
You'll be organised, warm and professional, confident leading a team and comfortable taking ownership of the day-to-day running of a busy clinic.
n
You'll have positive judgement, strong attention to detail, be able to manage competing priorities and, importantly, be someone who follows things through.
n
