Business Development Manager — International Education Agent Network | Multi-Campus RTO

We're looking for someone who already knows this network — agents you've worked with, relationships you've built, not someone who'll spend their first six months making introductions. If you don't have existing agent relationships in international education, this isn't the role for you.

Sixteen years delivering nationally recognised VET training, four campuses — Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Perth — and an agent and student base that spans the country. We're growing our recruitment function and need someone who can hit the ground running with a network already in hand.

The role
n
Full-funnel BDM role, built around the agent relationships you bring with you:
n
Activate and expand your existing agent network for Austra College — you're not starting from zero, you're bringing a book of contacts and turning it into enrolments
n
Own the enquiry-to-enrolment pipeline across phone, email and chat — every lead followed up with discipline
n
Run the events calendar — education fairs, expos, agent workshops — and convert on-the-day conversations into applications
n
Produce recruitment and promotional video content for social and web, on top of the recruitment work
n
Keep the CRM as the single source of truth across every channel
n




You'll be measured against a real monthly enrolment target from day one — your existing network is what makes that realistic.

Existing, active relationships within the international education agent network — this is the role's core requirement, not a nice-to-have
n
Proven track record in international student recruitment or B2B account management in education
n
Confident negotiating face-to-face with external partners
n
Disciplined CRM management across multiple simultaneous lead sources
n
Full Australian working rights and a current driver's licence
n
Experience creating short-form video/social content
n
Background in VET or higher education specifically
n
Working knowledge of National Code **** Standard 4
