? About the Role
Be the face of our centre!
As a Customer Service Officer, you'll deliver a welcoming, professional experience to every member and guest—whether it's at the front desk, over the phone, or supporting programs and memberships.
? What You'll Do
Greet and assist customers as they enter the centre
Respond to enquiries (memberships, programs, bookings)
Process payments (EFTPOS, POS system)
Support membership sales and tours
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues
Manage phone calls and bookings
Complete cash handling and end-of-day balancing
Keep reception and centre areas clean and organised
Work collaboratively with your team

Previous customer service experience (advantageous)
