We are currently seeking an experienced
Senior Electrical Engineer
to join a well-established and growing Building Services consultancy in Sydney.
This is an excellent opportunity to step into a leadership role, working across a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects.
The Role
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, delivery, and coordination of electrical building services projects across sectors, including commercial, residential, healthcare, education, and mixed-use developments.
You will be responsible for:
Leading electrical design from concept through to completion
Managing projects, timelines, and client relationships
Mentoring junior engineers and supporting team development
Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, hydraulic, fire, etc.)
Ensuring compliance with Australian standards and regulations
Attending client meetings and contributing to business development
About You
Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering
7+ years' experience within Building Services (consultancy environment preferred)
Robust technical knowledge across power, lighting, communications, and ELV systems
Proven experience delivering projects within the Australian market




Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work autonomously and lead project outcomes
Chartered status (CPEng) or working towards it is highly regarded
