The successful candidate must:
Have solid senior roll restaurant experience.
Have an appreciation for good food and wine.
Be a good communicator with problem solving skills.
Be career driven.
Love people and hospitality.
Be available for at least 40 hours per week.
Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
