Test Analysts – Generative AI & Test Automation

Blackroc is recruiting for
multiple Test Analysts
for long-term contract opportunities.
We're looking for testers with strong hands-on experience across
up-to-date testing, automation and generative AI
.
You will need experience with
Test case design and management
– analysing requirements, creating and maintaining test cases throughout the testing lifecycle.
System Testing, SIT and Regression Testing
Test automation
– exposure to
Selenium and/or Playwright
, with frameworks such as
Cucumber
.
Defect management
– logging, triage, prioritisation, investigation, retesting and closure.
Generative AI in testing
– practical use of AI to support test design, test scenario generation, test coverage, automation or testing efficiency.




Spec-driven and design-first practices
, including understanding how to safely integrate GenAI into the software testing lifecycle.
JIRA / Xray / ALM
or similar test management tools.
Test and defect metrics
, reporting and analysis.
Agile delivery
environments.
The
Generative AI component is important
– general familiarity with ChatGPT isn't enough. We're looking for candidates who can demonstrate how they have actually used GenAI within software testing or software delivery.
