Job Description
Clarence City Council is seeking a Compliance Investigator to lead investigations into planning breaches and ensure enforcement outcomes are achieved through collaboration with owners, developers and stakeholders.

You will conduct site inspections, gather evidence and prepare enforcement documentation, while providing specialist advice to officers on legislation and compliance requirements. A Class C licence and police check are required.
