Warehouse All-Rounder & LR Driver – Forklift Licence

We are looking for a reliable and practical Warehouse All-Rounder / Forklift Operator to join our team in Morningside.
n
This is a hands-on and varied role. The successful applicant will assist with general warehouse duties, stock movement, order preparation, occasional deliveries and container unloading when required.
n
A current LR licence or higher and forklift licence are mandatory.
n
Main Duties
n
Duties may include:
n
n
Preparing customer orders
n
Operating a forklift to move stock and supply products to staff
n
Organising and maintaining the warehouse
n
Assisting with container unloading when required, usually up to twice per month
n
Helping with packing when required
n
Unloading bulk/bin products and placing products into boxes when required
n
Occasional delivery work, usually around once per week
n
Additional deliveries when our main driver is on leave
n




General warehouse support as required
n
n
The work can vary from day to day, so we are looking for someone who is flexible, reliable and willing to help wherever needed.

Requirements
n
Applicants must have:
n
n
Current LR licence or higher — mandatory
n
Current forklift licence — mandatory
n
Forklift operating experience
n
Previous warehouse experience preferred
n
Ability to work safely and follow instructions
n
Positive attention to detail
n
Reliability and punctuality
n
Willingness to perform a mix of warehouse, forklift, packing, unloading and delivery duties
n
Ability to perform physical warehouse tasks and manual handling
n
n
Schedule
n
Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm
n
Breaks:
n
n
15-minute paid morning break
n
30-minute unpaid lunch break
n
