BC Sands is looking for a reliable and customer-focused full-time Sales Staff member to join our Brookvale branch.

What You'll Be Doing
Preparing quotes and estimates across a wide range of products
Taking and processing customer orders over the phone and face-to-face




Managing multiple customer enquiries and requests at the same time
Building product knowledge through hands-on, on-the-job training
Liaising with internal teams to support smooth daily operations
Assisting with general administration and counter duties
What We're Looking For
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, practical environment
Confident communicating with a wide range of customers, including trade clients
Organised and able to prioritise competing tasks
Willing to learn technical products and systems quickly
Reliable, motivated and a solid team player
Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
Experience with Pronto is advantageous but not essential
Available to work Monday to Friday, with flexibility to assist on other days as required
