About the Role
n
As a Reformer Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Reformer Pilates classes that are engaging, challenging and suitable for members with different levels of experience and ability.
n
You will create a welcoming and supportive class workplace while ensuring members receive clear instruction, appropriate guidance and a high standard of coaching.
n
You will:
n

Deliver safe, engaging and professional Reformer Pilates classes
n
Provide clear demonstrations, instruction and technique corrections
n
Offer appropriate modifications and progressions for different fitness levels
n
Ensure members feel welcomed, supported and motivated throughout each class
n
Maintain a high standard of professionalism, energy and presentation
n
Ensure the Reformer studio is clean, organised and ready for each session
n
Follow all safety, hygiene and operational procedures
n
Check equipment before and after classes and report any issues promptly
n
Build strong relationships with members and contribute to member engagement and retention
n




Encourage members to explore the broader Level7 offering where appropriate
n
Attend team meetings and contribute to the development of the Reformer Pilates program
n
Work collaboratively with the Group Fitness Manager and wider Level7 team
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for an experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor who is passionate about movement, fitness and creating a positive experience for members.
n
You will be confident leading classes, providing clear instruction and adapting exercises to suit different fitness levels.
n
You will have:
n
n
Previous experience teaching Reformer Pilates classes
n
A recognised Reformer Pilates qualification
n
Strong communication and coaching skills
n
The ability to provide clear demonstrations and technique corrections
n
A professional and positive approach
n
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
n
A genuine passion for fitness and member experience
n
n
First Aid and CPR certification is highly desirable, along with other relevant fitness qualifications.
n
