We're looking for a
Paid Media Specialist
to join our team and take ownership of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across a portfolio of clients.
This is more than a campaign management role. You'll be responsible for
strategy, optimisation, client communication, weekly performance meetings, client retention and account growth.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Manage and optimise
Google Ads & Meta Ads
campaigns.
Develop paid media strategies aligned with client business goals.
Manage Search, Performance Max, Display, Remarketing, Shopping and Meta campaigns.
Monitor leads, conversions, CPL, CPA, ROAS and overall campaign performance.
Analyse lead quality and connect advertising performance with actual business outcomes.
Conduct
weekly client performance meetings
.
Present campaign results, insights, optimisation strategies and next steps to clients.
Build strong, long-term client relationships.
Identify performance issues early and develop recovery strategies.
Work with internal SEO, Web, Design, Content and Account Management teams.
Identify opportunities for account growth,



increased advertising budgets and additional digital marketing services.
Help protect client retention and contribute to
monthly recurring revenue growth
.
What We're Looking For
1+ years of hands‐on Paid Media experience.
Strong experience with
Google Ads and Meta Ads
.
Experience managing multiple client accounts.
Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion‐focused campaigns.
Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
Experience with Meta Pixel / Conversions API is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Confidence leading weekly client meetings.
Robust commercial understanding of leads, sales, revenue and ROI.
Ability to identify opportunities for client growth and retention.
Strong organisational and time‐management skills.
