Reception:
Welcome guests, manage enquiries, and provide proactive support
Hospitality:
Assist with events, meetings, and VIP visits
Engagement:
Build solid relationships and create a welcoming atmosphere
Support:
Handle mail, deliveries, and day-to-day front-of-house needs
This is an active, people-focused role where you'll be on your feet and making an impact every day.
About You:




Experienced in a customer-facing role (hospitality, concierge, reception or similar)
Naturally personable, proactive, and detail-oriented
Confident building relationships and anticipating needs
Positive, solutions-focused, and adaptable
What You Bring:
Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality, retail, airline, or similar
Strong service mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
