Job Description
Newcomb Smiles Dental Clinic in Geelong's eastern suburbs is growing and seeks a hands-on Practice Manager to run day-to-day operations, work closely with the Principal Dentist, and help shape culture as the clinic scales.

You'll oversee scheduling, HR admin, compliance, billing (Xero), and CareStack usage, stepping in at reception or assisting chairside during busy times. This is a genuine growth role with training provided.
