nbn is seeking a Customer Field Technician in Newcastle to install, repair and maintain home and business connections. You'll work hands-on across technologies with full training and tools provided to deliver reliable service safely.

You'll handle copper or fibre cabling, install customer equipment, identify faults, and support customers with transparent communication while prioritising safety and quality in every visit.
