Floor Staff / Waitstaff - Part-Time & Casual

As part of the floor team at Rooftop on Central, a busy rooftop restaurant, bar and function venue in Gregory Hills, you'll provide friendly and attentive service in a fast-paced hospitality setting hosting casual dining, weekend drinks, birthdays, functions and large events.

Key responsibilities
n

Providing friendly and attentive table service
n
Taking food and beverage orders
n
Running food and drinks
n
Setting and clearing tables
n
Assisting with functions and events
n
Using the POS system and processing payments
n
Maintaining a clean and organised floor
n
Working closely with bar, kitchen and management teams
n
n
About you
n
n
Previous restaurant, bar or hospitality experience, with 1 year experience preferred
n
Confident, friendly and well presented
n




Strong customer service and communication skills
n
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
n
Reliable and work well within a team
n
Current NSW RSA preferred
n
Flexibility across evenings and weekends
n
Friday and Saturday availability highly desirable
n
