We're partnering with several respected firms in Brisbane currently seeking junior to mid-level property lawyers (1–3 years' PAE). These firms handle a broad range of high-calibre property transactions - from large-scale developments and commercial leasing to residential projects and advisory work.

About the Roles
Opportunities exist across multiple firms, including top-tier, mid-tier and boutique practices. You'll work across some or all of the following areas depending on your background:
Drafting and negotiating commercial and retail leases
Assisting developers on off-the-plan projects, joint ventures, and acquisitions
Advising on residential and mixed-use developments
Reviewing contracts, easements, land titles and due diligence
Providing commercial advice to SME and institutional clients

About You
We're looking for candidates who demonstrate:
1-3+ years PAE in property, commercial, or development law
Confidence reviewing contracts and advising on transactions
Strong legal drafting, communication, and organisational skills
A team-player mindset with a genuine interest in property law
Candidates from general commercial, rural/agricultural property, or boutique backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
