About the role
n
As a Leading Hand at Alpha Concrete Pumping, you will lead and coordinate concreting crews on site, delivering high-rise, civil and other commercial works. You'll be responsible for coordinating crews, preparing pours, maintaining quality and making sure the work is completed safely, accurately and to programme.

Key responsibilities

Lead and coordinate concreting crews on site
n
Read and interpret structural and architectural plans
n
Set up and use RL lasers accurately
n
Coordinate penetrations, levels and concrete placement
n
Conduct pre-pour checks and identify issues before concrete arrives
n
Monitor finish, levels, tolerances and overall workmanship
n

About you
n
n




Proven experience as a Leading Hand Concreter or in a similar supervisory position (3+ Years)
n
Solid experience with large-scale pour-and-place operations
n
Experience on high-rise slabs and decks or major commercial projects
n
The ability to confidently read structural and architectural drawings
n
Confidence setting up and working with RL lasers
n
A clear understanding of ITPs, hold points and pre-pour inspections
n
Strong planning, communication and problem-solving skills
n
Valid and current drivers Licence
n
Full Australian working rights
n
Ability to pass police checks and pre-employment/ongoing drug and alcohol testing
n
Strong commitment to reliability, quality, safety and productivity
n
