As a Practice Nurse, you'll support our GPs and wider clinical team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care in a modern and supportive environment.

About the role

Key responsibilities include:
n

Immunisations and vaccine management
n
Wound care and dressings
n
Health assessments and care planning
n
Chronic disease management support
n
Patient recalls and follow-up activities
n
Infection control and accreditation activities
n
Clinical administration and documentation
n
n
About you
n
n
To be successful, you will have:
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Previous nursing experience in General Practice,



Primary Care or Community Health
n
Strong clinical and communication skills
n
A collaborative and patient-focused approach
n
Experience with immunisations and chronic disease management (desirable)
n
