About the Role
Reporting within Fleet and Facilities Maintenance Manager, the Fleet Maintenance Scheduler is responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring all preventive and corrective maintenance activities across the Ocius Bluebottle fleet. Working closely with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Operations and external service providers, you will ensure maintenance activities are effectively scheduled, resources are available when required, and fleet readiness is maintained to support operational objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge autonomous maritime technology while helping drive reliability, performance and continuous improvement across a growing fleet.
A typical day could include




Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules for Bluebottle vessels and associated equipment.
Coordinate inspections, servicing, repairs, upgrades and testing activities.
Prioritise maintenance activities based on operational requirements, asset criticality and risk.
Coordinate maintenance activities with engineers, technicians, suppliers and operational stakeholders.
Work with Procurement and Stores teams to ensure required materials and spare parts are available.
Identify long lead-time components and future maintenance requirements.
Analyse maintenance trends and equipment reliability data.
Support continuous improvement and reliability-centred maintenance initiatives.
Demonstrated experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, asset management or fleet maintenance environments.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and solid reporting capabilities.
Excellent planning, organisational and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced technical environment.
