n
As part of this expansion, we're building a strong team of quality tradespeople who want to grow with us.
n
We're looking for an experienced tiler to take ownership of the tiling component of our complete residential bathroom renovations.
n
This isn't a role where you're expected to race through square metres and move onto the next job.
n
Our focus is on delivering a finished bathroom that both you and the customer are genuinely happy with.
n
n
Complete bathroom renovation tiling
n
Floor-to-ceiling wall tiling
n
Bathroom and shower floor tiling

Working alongside our plumbers,

carpenters, electricians and other renovation trades
n
Communicating with your Project Manager throughout the project
n
Delivering a high-quality finished bathroom from start to finish
n
n
Our renovation projects are planned with realistic timelines and you'll have the support of a dedicated Project Manager throughout each job.
n
We don't want rushed work. We want work you're proud to put your name to.
n
WE'RE LOOKING FOR THE RIGHT PERSON, NOT JUST ANOTHER TILER
n
Technical ability matters, but so does the person behind it.
n
We're looking for someone who:
n
n
Is a qualified and experienced tiler
n
Has strong residential bathroom renovation experience
n
Takes genuine pride in their workmanship
n
Cares about the small details and the final result
n
Treats a customer's home with respect
n
Can confidently work through detailed bathroom set-outs
n
Communicates well when something on site doesn't look right
n
Works well alongside other trades
n
Brings a positive, solutions-focused attitude to work
n
Is reliable and takes ownership of their projects
n
Wants to be part of a team rather than simply turn up and lay tiles
n
Is looking for a reliable, long-term position
n
n
We're building our North Brisbane operation for the future, so we're particularly interested in people who want to come on the journey with us and become a long-term part of the team.
n
WORK-LIFE BALANCE
n
Our normal working hours are 7am–3pm, Monday to Friday.
n
We believe good tradespeople should be able to earn a great income, produce quality work and still have a life outside of work.
n

Our renovation timelines are planned realistically so you're given the prospect to complete your work properly rather than constantly being pushed onto the next project.
n
CONSISTENT, ORGANISED WORK
n
One of the biggest advantages of joining The Shower Dr is being able to focus on your trade without having to constantly chase your next job.
n
As a full-time member of our team, you'll benefit from:
n
n
Consistent work, 5 days per week
n
Jobs scheduled and coordinated for you
n
Realistic renovation programs
n
Dedicated Project Manager support
n
Support when unexpected site conditions arise
n
An established team of trades working together
n
The security of permanent employment
n
The opportunity to grow alongside our North Brisbane expansion
n
n
You'll still have responsibility for attending our store and
purchasing/collecting
the materials and consumables required for your work as part of your day-to-day role.
n
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
n
n
Relevant tiling qualification
n
Strong bathroom renovation tiling experience
n
Current driver's licence
n
Basic tiling and grouting hand tools
n
Excellent attention to detail
n
Professional and friendly communication
n
Reliability and personal accountability
n
A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the team
n
n
Most importantly, we want someone who genuinely cares about doing a good job.
n
WHAT WE PROVIDE
n
n
Full-time permanent employment
n
$100,000 – $115,000 annual salary
n
Company vehicle

The opportunity to be part of the growth of our North Brisbane operation
n
n
WANT TO BUILD SOMETHING LONG TERM WITH US?
n
We're not looking to fill a gap for the next six months.
n
We're building a team for the future.
n
If you're an experienced bathroom tiler who cares about the quality of your work, wants to be surrounded by people who feel the same way and is looking for a company you can stay and grow with, we'd love to hear from you.
