Albury Wodonga Health is seeking a Disability Liaison Officer to help people with disability access timely, inclusive healthcare and to advocate for disability-informed services across the health system.

In collaboration with patients, families, carers and clinicians, you will coordinate reasonable adjustments, support navigation of services and contribute to improvements in accessibility and inclusion within North-East Victoria's regional health network.
