What you'll do
Lead your team to create extraordinary guest experiences, from warm welcomes to the little extras
Take pride in your venue, maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation
Coach and encourage your team so people feel valued, build confidence and thrive
Complete cash handling, reconciliation and daily reporting accurately
Take responsibility as Manager on Duty, including opening, closing and shift decisions
Uphold responsible service, gaming and workplace safety standards




What we're looking for
A supervisor ready to step up or an experienced manager ready for their next move
A hospitality skilled driven to learn, grow and advance their career
A passion for great service and bringing out the best in your team
Strong food, beverage and gaming knowledge, with a hands-on approach
Availability across opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays
Current RSA and RSG; RMLV and Approved Manager licence preferred, or willingness to obtain
