We are currently looking for Trade-qualified Chef's with experience in high volume kitchens, in our club:

Tomakin Sports and Social Club situated in Tomakin NSW

The ideal candidate will need:
n
n
Passionate culinary skills
n
Knowledge of service standards, safety management, and kitchen ordering systems
n
Effective "plate-up" and portion control abilities
n
Passion for compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, including allergen management
n
Experience in a fast-paced team environment and the ability to remain calm under pressure
n
Effective communication skills
n
Reliability and a strong work ethic
n
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent relevant qualification
n
n
