Join the Ambulatory Care Service and play a vital role in supporting the delivery of safe, timely, and patient-centred care within a collaborative multidisciplinary healthcare team.
n

Support the team to provide safe and timely patient care.
n
Work with nurses, doctors, pharmacy, pathology and other hospital teams
n
Help organise daily tasks, supplies, patient records and appointments
n
Support staff rostering, reporting, meetings and general administration.
n
Be part of a friendly team that helps the Ambulatory Care Service run smoothly.

Highly organised, reliable and detail-oriented, with strong record-keeping and the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.

Strong communication, active listening and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams while working independently and escalating issues when needed.
n
Confident using computers and administrative systems for rostering, reporting, records and communication; healthcare administration or clinical support experience highly valued.

Selection Criteria

Holds or is willing to undertake a Certificate III in Health Administration or equivalent
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with people at all levels, both verbally and in writing
n
Demonstrated computer literacy and attention to detail, with experience using Microsoft Office applications and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy across multiple systems and processes
n
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a high-pressure, high-volume environment.
n
n
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to promoting positive workplace culture and organisational values.
