Key responsibilities

Daily prep, cooking to spec, and keeping up during service
n
Following recipes, portioning, and presentation standards
n
Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and a tidy work area
n
Communicating with front of house and helping the team when needed
n
About you
n
Experience as a Chef / Cook / Commis in a commercial kitchen
n
Ability to work under pressure and stay organised
n
Food Safety certificate and good knowledge of WHS
n
Available for casual / flexible hours including weekends
n
Consistent casual shifts with opportunity for more hours in peak season
n
