About the Role
n
As a Territory Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and strengthening customer relationships throughout your assigned territory.
n
This is a hands-on field sales role where you'll spend the majority of your time meeting customers, identifying opportunities, providing tailored solutions and ensuring customers receive exceptional support.
n




You'll manage an existing portfolio of customers while proactively developing new business opportunities across Belmont and the surrounding metropolitan areas.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage and grow an established customer base within your territory
n
Build strong relationships with workshops, auto electricians, fleet operators, transport businesses and trade customers
n
Identify and secure new business opportunities across key market segments
n
Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits and business reviews
n
Present new products, promotions and technical solutions to customers
n
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales opportunities
n
Implement territory plans to achieve sales and profit targets
n
Monitor market trends, customer activity and competitor movements
n
Collaborate with branch teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
n
Maintain accurate customer records, activity reports and sales forecasts
n

Qualificationsn
n
n
While automotive industry experience is highly regarded, we're primarily looking for someone with a passion for sales, customer relationships and achieving results.
n
We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
n
n
Experience in Territory Management, Account Management, Business Development or Sales
n
Proven success in building and maintaining customer relationships
n




Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
n
A proactive and self-motivated approach
n
The ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
n
Strong organisational and time management skills
n
The ability to work independently while contributing to a broader team
n
A current and valid driver's licence
n
n
Highly Regarded
n
n
Experience within the automotive aftermarket, auto electrical, transport, industrial or heavy vehicle sectors
n
Experience selling into workshops, fleets or trade customers
n
Knowledge of the Perth metropolitan market and surrounding regions
n
Technical understanding of automotive parts and solutions
n
