Engineering Planner / Design Coordinator (Fixed Term 2 years)

Your role, your impact
The Engineering Planner / Design Coordinator will be working on the Sector 1 North Project (based in Brisbane) which is an amazing opportunity to be part of a major ETCS Level 2 signalling project for Queensland.
This will be on a
2 year fixed term contract.
This role will be involved with the following responsibilities:
Monitoring all Engineering activities for the S1N project in Australia
Coordinate planning between the Aus and India production centre
Integrate software development planning and the product development planning
Maintain dashboards of progress per streams (Interlocking, ETCS, Lab development, Integration, System)
Support contract management with detailed What if assessments for all variations coming our way
Produce Deliverable register updates on a weekly basis for submission to the customer.
You'll work with sharp, committed teams across Altom — solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.
What you bring
A university degree in Engineering




Advanced use of Excel for dashboard / montoring tool creation
Several years of experience in planning of engineering activities
Familiarity with progress dashboards and the ability to maintain and track action item lists to support project delivery and reporting
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multi‐disciplinary teams
High attention to detail, strong time management, and a professional approach
Commitment to EH&S; performance and quality delivery
Able to commit to this role for 24 months.
